My wife was so excited that the REAL In N Out Burger was coming to Long Island until she mentioned to me that the sign said "Joe's In N Out Burger" and I immediately thought hey, here's a guy that thinks he's going to get away with this by simply adding "Joe's" to the sign.

I'm all for free enterprise, but let's not fool folks into thinking its the real thing by mimicing everything about the real thing. Maybe they'll have even better burgers and fries than the real In N Out Burger (if that's even possible), but they should build thier business on that merit and not the hard work and high quality product of the real thing...

Shame on you Joe! Makes me sad to say I'm a Long Islander...just like those "Pet/Landscape/What Have You DEPOTS" out there stealing from Home Depot.

Good for In n Out Burger. I am a Holbrook resident and was excited to see the building only to realize it was a copy cat when they added 'joe's' to the sign. We discovered In and out Burger last year while on vacation in Nevada and California and loved it! In no way should this guy copy someone else's business.

I am super bummed. I wish it were the real thing! I am from California but live here now, I really miss In & Out Burger! When I heard about this I was so excited, but now.... well.... regardless, if its not the real thing, it's not nice to try to fool people.
