    Your'e way off base. The term "Hog" came about before any M/C's were established, and it was the AMA (American Motorcycle Association). that did it.
    pig's were given out for first place for the motorcycle races, thus the term "Hog was Born". Check into to it, I'll bet your find I'm right, and if I'm wrong then I'm truley sorry for wasting your time. Harley Davidson Motor Company should be able to tell you.
