The Trademark Blog: Ford Claims Trademark Violation in Artist's Images

    I remember a story about Ford (on this blog) claiming trademark in photographs in January, though it might have been for a different group. Ford later admitted it's mistake (http://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/7999). Why is this photographer addressing this issue 6 months later? Is he not aware that Ford realized it made a mistake?
