Went to a fish dock here in "South" Louisiana to see what the price would be for catfish I want to commercial fish here in "South" Louisiana . . . . Didn't look like the "fish" dock was actively buying catfish from the local fisherman . . . . I noticed one of the fish docks "workers" opening 5 or 10 pound boxes of frozen catfish filets, getting ready to thaw them out on the stainless steel fish cleaning tray with a garden hose . . . . Told me one of his "customers" likes his catfish that way . . . . . . Uhhhhhhhh, I wonder why he was thawing out frozen catfish filets? I secondly wondered why he had to take the catfish out of the box anyways . . . . Ahhhh, but curious me, I was a looking at the box and I noticed a red logo that said "Cajun Boy Catfish filets" and there was also the "Product of China" printed or stamped in "Red" as well. Then of course their was the importer's name which was some wholesale seafood joint up in Harahan Louisiana. . . . . . . It's sort of a shame . . . Putting American fishermen out of work, or taking away it's opportunity to seek work because someone wants to bring catfish from all the half way around the globe to sell to fish mongers who sell to the restaraunts that in turn sell their "catfish" platters to us for exhorbitantly high prices . . . Sorry if I spelled some words wrong, I am only a dumb fisherman out of work and trying to earn a living and it is obvious I am not smart enough to know what is going on or write about what I see . . . . . . Sooner or later, you are going to see the miracle of water running up hill, because when the cats at the top start drowning because they wrecked the local economy and can't afford a life jacket anymore, let alone a row boat they are going to find that the local population is to poor or is so poor that they can't even afford to pay attention anymore and to weak to be able to do anything about it . . . . . </p>
